Edward Beloat, 92, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2007 at Gibson General Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility in Princeton.

 

He was born September 17, 1915 in Princeton and had resided here his entire lifetime. He was a retired farmer and was a school bus driver for Route #7 in the North Gibson School Corporation for 35 years. He was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Princeton where he served as a Deacon.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Owen & Leota (Schmidt) Beloat; his wife, Opal M. Beloat in 1995; 2 brothers, Robert Paul Beloat & Carl Beloat; and a son-in-law, Larry Keeton. 

Survivors include a son & daughter-in-law, Ralph & Martha Beloat of
Princeton; a daughter, Judy Keeton of Princeton; 4 grandchildren, Catherine Perryman, Gena Banken, Cheryl Dortch & Shannon Gibson; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at
10 A.M. Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Pastor Kevin Wilson.

 

Friends may visit from 4 until 8 P.M. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral Home. Burial will be at Columbia “White” Church Cemetery in Princeton
