Pauline Hazel Brucken age 88 passed away peacefully, Saturday Jan. 19, 2008 at 10 p.m. at the Meadows Manor East Nursing Home in Terre Haute, IN. She has lived in Terre Haute, since 1996. She was formerly of Princeton, Tell City and Evansville.

She was born in Evansville, IN Aug. 12, 1919 to Guy L. and Nellie (Austrew) Taylor. She was a homemaker. 

She is survived by her daughter and son-law: Patti L. and Steve Richardson, Greenwood, IN, four sons and daughters-in-law: Mike E. and Geneva Brucken, Evansville, David A. Brucken, Rockville, IN, Steve L. and Doris Brucken, Rosedale, IN, Mark T. and Kandi Brucken, Evansville. She was blessed with 18 grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren. She also has an uncle John Austrew, Florida and a nephew James Ludwyck of Redmond Washington. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 65 years Earl F. Brucken in 2002 and brothers Leroy and Paul and sisters Margarete and Irene. 

Funeral Services will 2 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 22, 2008 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Evansville.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time on Tuesday.
