Lillie L. Capehart, 84, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

 

She was born September 2, 1923 in Princeton.

 

She was a housewife and had formerly worked at Republic Aviation in Evansville. She was of the protestant faith and in her early years attended the First Church of God in Princeton

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Artie (Mitchell) Hart; her husband, George “Jack” Capehart in 1991; her son, Larry Lee Capehart in October 2007; 2 brothers, Harold & Roy Hart; 3 sisters, Nora Oursler, Fay Linxwiler & Elsie Churchman; a nephew, Randy Capehart and a brother-in-law, Randall “Bud” Capehart

Survivors include a sister, Flora Null of Sylmar, California; a daugher-in-law, Denise Capehart of Vincennes; a sister-in-law, Zetta Capehart of Princeton; nieces & nephews, Sylvia Donaldson, Ronald Linxwiler, Phillip Hart, Leonard Oursler Jr., Walter Hart, Jerry (Venita) Oursler, Danny (Vanada) Capehart, Lloyd (Rhonda) Capehart, Barbara Jo Peet, Carol Lynn VanDonselaar, Leroy Hart, Claudette McCoy, Tonya Nummy & Kenneth Capehart. Several other relatives & friends. 

Funeral services will be held at
2 P.M. (CDT) Monday, July 21, 2008 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Rev. Michael Julian.

 

Friends may visit from 4 until 8 P.M. (CDT) Sunday at Colvin Funeral Home. Burial will be at Decker Cemetery, rural Patoka.
