SHERRY LYNN (WISE) DORRIS age 36 of Princeton died 3:44 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 7, 2005 at the Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

She was born in Princeton July 16, 1969 to Harold and Betty (Fine) Wise.

Sherry was a homemaker she enjoyed music, singing and drawing. She had been a member of the V.F.W. Post 1147 Ladies Aux. She had lived in Princeton the past 5 years moving back here from Washington, IN. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty (Fine) Wise, and her husband Gary W. Dorris Jr. in 1999.

She is survived by 2 sons Dexter Wise and Michael Dorris both at home, her father Harold Wise, Princeton; a special friend, Carl Cottner and his mother, Vickie Cottner of Princeton; Grandmother, Nigil Wise, Princeton; mother-in-law Hazel Skelton, Oakland City, IN; 2 brothers and sister-in-laws; Nick and Tammie Wise, Carlyle, IL, and Gene and Doris Bolden, Francisco; 5 sisters and brother-in-laws; Marta and George Hartley, Jasper; Peggy and Buck Ellis, Francisco; Debbie and Roger Sturgeon, Francisco; Wanda and Barry May, Princeton; Vickie and Kent Byrn, Mt. Vernon, IN. She also has several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday Dec. 12, 2005 at the Colvin Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Arnold officiating, burial will be in the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Princeton.
