Ernest A. Faulkenburg, 86, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville after a brief illness.

 

He was born in St. Croix, IN on April 30, 1921 and had resided in Evansville since 1963.

 

He was of the catholic faith and was a retired truck driver and farmer. He enjoyed caring for farm animals and working on automobiles, race cars & trucks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete & Ora Faulkenburg; a brother, Fred and a sister, Anna. 

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Geneva June (Bilderback) Faulkenburg; a son, Larry Faulkenburg of Evansville; granddaughters, Kimberly Ann Kuehn & Lisa Rae Hayhurst of Evansville; great grandsons, Anthony & Justin Kuehn, Sloane, Devin Dalton, Stephen & Chayse Hayhurst all of Evansville; and great-granddaughter, Kaylee Kuehn of Evansville. 

Funeral services will be held at
10:30 A.M. Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.

 

Friends may visit from 8:30 A.M. until the funeral hour on Saturday at Colvin Funeral Home. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Ft. Branch, IN.
