Arthur E. Fisher, 83, died at
Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004 at River Oaks Health Campus, in Princeton.
He was born July 26, 1921 in Clarion County, Pa.
He was a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked as a
manager for G.C. Murphy for 42 years. He was a member of the FortBranchUnitedMethodistChurch and enjoyed woodworking.
He is survived by his wife Muriel, of Princeton; a son,
Bruce (Ronica) Fisher, of Princeton; a brother, Robert Fisher, of Fairmont, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Vance (Sherry) Fisher, of
Yankeetown, and Traci (Robert) Flater, of Patoka; and
Funeral services will be at
Wednesday at the Colvin Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Windell
officiating. Final disposition will be at the WhiteChurchCemetery, with VFW Post 1147 providing military rites at the
