Shawn Michael Hampton, 28, of Seattle, Washington passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2008.

Shawn crossed over and was embraced by other family members who preceded him in death including his grandfather, Jack Hampton and stepfather Jeff Moore.

He was born May 1, 1980 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Roxann (Moore) Coleman and Steven Hampton. He worked for Windsor Construction in Seattle. 

Shawn is survived by his parents Roxann & Rick Coleman of Princeton and Steven & Nancy Hampton of Seattle; grandparents Joseph & Bettye Jo Schmitt of Evansville and Nancy Hampton of Seattle; brothers & sister-in-law Daniel & Sarah Hampton of Evansville, Landon Moore of Chicago, and Austin Moore of Evansville; sister & brother-in-law Christina & William Wornica of Francisco; nieces & nephews Natashia, Hope, Brendan, Jonah, Faith, Boaz, Charity, & Caleb; uncles, aunts, & cousins Reed & Lori Schmitt, Alexander & Evan of Cynthiana and Randy & Sheri Schmitt, Kellye & Cathy of Honolulu; and great aunts & uncle Fredia Hassee and Melvin & Jane Schauss all of Evansville. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 11 A.M. at the St. Joseph Church in Princeton with the Fr. Ronald Zgunda officiating.

There will be no visitation.
