Charles Larry Kidwell, 57, formerly of Princeton, and Clearwater, Fla., passed away on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005 at his home in Zionsville. 

He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, in
Princeton. He graduated from Princeton High School in 1965 and was on the state final basketball team of 1965, from which he was chosen for the All-star team. He was on the Princeton American Legion baseball team, which also won the state title. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW. 

He was born
April 1, 1947 in Princeton to Charles and Mae (Ash) Kidwell, both deceased. His sister, Diane, also preceded him in death. 

He is survived by his two children, Charles Bradford Kidwell, of Plant City, Fla. and Lisa (David) Lowe, of Riverview, Fla.; four grandchildren; a brother, Danny Kidwell, of Franklin; and a sister, Sondra Rexing, of Brooklyn, Ind. 

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2005 at the St. Joseph Cemetery, in Princeton, with Father Bernie Etienne officiating.

 

Friends and family will meet at the cemetery. VFW Post 1147 will conduct military graveside services.
