Charles F. Lloyd, 86, passed away on Wednesday March 19, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City.

Charles was a mechanic, retiring from Wright Chevrolet in Ft. Branch. 

He was born on January 4, 1922 in Knox County, IN to Owen & Mary (Hammond) Lloyd, both deceased.

Also preceding him in death was his wife, Juanita Lloyd in 2007; infant daughter; son, Elza Lloyd; 6 brothers; and sisters. 

Charles is survived by his 4 children, Charles E. Lloyd, Juanita Marvel, Marcella Folkman, and David Lloyd all of Princeton; 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and lots of friends that he made at the nursing home. 

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday March 24, 2008 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Greg Davis officiating. Burial will be at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Ft. Branch.

Friends may visit from 4 until 8 PM on Sunday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
