Stanford Lee McIntyre, 50, of Orlando, FL., formally of Fort Branch, IN., passed away at his residence in Orlando, on Dec. 17, 2008.

 

He was born to the late Benjamin and Rosalind (Knapp) McIntyre on Sept. 2, 1958 in Princeton, IN.

 

Stan graduated from Gibson Southern High School in 1976. He owned and operated McIntyre Pools, Subcontracting with Artesian Pools in Kissimmee, FL. He enjoyed NASCAR. His favorite fishing spot was Mosquito Lagoon in Oak Hill, F., where he spent countless hours fishing with his buddies.

 

Stan is survived by 3 brothers and one sister, Greg (Pam) McIntyre of Haubstadt, IN., Erik (Tina) McIntyre of River Falls, WI, Kent McIntyre of Indianapolis, IN, and Brenda (Barton) Morgan of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

 

A mass will be recited on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch, IN., Fathers Tony Ernst, and Gary Kaiser will be the celebrants.

 

Visitation will be held on Monday, Dec. 29, 2008 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN. A rosary will be recited Monday Evening at the Funeral Home at 7:30 P.M.
