Ebony Starr Alvey, 20, of Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009.

Born Feb. 21, 1988 in Evansville, she was the daughter of Keith and Kristi (Cannon) Alvey of Petersburg.

She was employed at the NAPA auto parts store in Princeton.

Survivors include her parents; sister, Cassie Sue Scraper of Oakland City; grandparents, Tom Alvey of Oakland City, Beverly Cannon of Winslow; great-grandparents, Giulia Alvey Augusta and Esther Turnbloom of Oakland City.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. EST Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009 at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg. Burial will be in Twin Oaks Cemetery in Petersburg.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of services on Saturday.
