Roberta Cantyne, 67, of Evansville, passed away Friday Jan. 9, 2009 at the Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

Born Oct. 14, 1941 in Hazleton, she was the daughter of Robert Franklin and Betty Maureen (Manning) Gray Sr. 

She formerly was a secretary for Trimble and Jewell Law Office in Evansville several years ago.  She lived in Evansville since 1982, and lived in Granite City, Ill., and prior to that also in Evansville. She was formerly of Hazleton.

 Survivors include sister, Mary Frances Gray of Evansville; and brother, Robert Franklin Gray Jr. of Fort Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Carolyn Sue Runau.

 There will be no visitation or services Colvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
