Mary Frances “Fran” (Brown) Emge, 67, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at home.  (Greenfield, Indiana)

Born
Sept. 29, 1941 in Patoka, she was the daughter of Harold and Beulah (Satterfield) Brown. 

She graduated from
Fort Branch High School in 1959.

She married to Bobby L. Emge for 49 years.  She was a homemaker, enjoyed working puzzles and was a loving grandmother. 

Survivors include her husband, Bobby of Greenfield; her mother Beulah of Princeton; sons, Brett (Kaylena) Emge of Greenfield, Rodney Emge of Greenfield; daughters, Annette (Patrick O'Neill) Emge of Greenfield, Cynthia (David) (Emge) Connelly of Greenfield; brothers, Bill “Butch” Brown of Princeton, Dennis Brown of Princeton, James Brown of Evansville; sisters, Esther Livermore of Princeton, Wilma Young of Oakland City; sister- in-law, Kennelee Brown of Princeton; 13 grandchildren, Kerri, Kristy, Derek, Heather, Nick, Cierra, Kory, Ashley, Jimmie, Brandon, Mikayla, Kegan, Alexis; and one great-granddaughter, Kaleigh.    

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Brown; brother, Donald Brown; and sister in law, Debbie Brown.

Funeral services will be at
10 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield.  Burial will be at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. 

 

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.
