Catherine Ann (Zorzi) Fougnies, 87, formerly of Princeton, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2009. (Pittsburgh, PA)

Born Sept. 20, 1921 in Clinton, she was the daughter of Thomas and Maria Zorzi.

She was a music teacher for 35 years in Libertyville, Ill. She was choir director at the First Presbyterian Church of Princeton before moving back to Pittsburgh.

Survivors include husband, Leon Fougnies of Pittsburgh, Pa.; children Adel Fougnies of Pittsburgh, Annette Fougnies of Greece; sister, Edith Pastore of Clinton; and four grandchildren.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the Shadyside Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh, PA.
