Tommy “Tom” Allen Harmon, 66, of Coatesville, passed away Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009.  (Coatesville, Indiana)

Born
June 21, 1942, in Fort Branch, he was the son of Thelman Albertus and Violet Alma (Williams) Harmon.

He married Mary Lou (Hoopes) Harmon on
Nov. 30, 1963.

He was a retired buyer for Allison Rolls-Royce in
Indianapolis. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints and attended the New Winchester Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Cammie L. Goldman and Mike Lawrence of Greencastle, Angela S. Clark and husband Tom, Elkhart; sister, Phyllis Bailey and husband Tod of Princeton; brothers, William Harmon and wife Helen of Evansville, Roy Harmon and wife Joan of Loogootee, Sam Harmon and wife Frieda of Loogootee; grandchildren, Samantha Goldman and fianc Joseph Monnett, Hank Goldman; their father, Michael Goldman; granddaughter, Grace Clark; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Robert and Fred Harmon.

Funeral services will be at
11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009 at Whitaker Funeral Home in Cloverdale.

 

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, at the funeral home. Burial will be in at Forest Hill Cemetery in Greencastle.
