Sydney, Australia; five step-sons, Eric McGaha of
Lubbock, Texas, Andrew McGaha of Indianapolis,
Benjamin McGaha of Bloomington, Joseph McGaha of Bloomington, Jonathan McGaha
of Virginia Beach, Va.; brothers, Mark Rutledge of Indianapolis, Brad Rutledge
of Greenville, SC; and 14 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
