Donald Wayne Johnson, 63, of Owensville, passed away Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

 Born Sept. 18, 1947 in Gibson County, he was the son of Owen and Winona Mae (Wallace) Johnson.

Donald was a farmer, truck driver and an employee of JCM. He served in the United States Army and was a graduate of Owensville High School class of 1965.

 Survivors include his wife Linda (Kruse) Johnson of Owensville; daughters, Cindy (Tim) Walton of Princeton, Amy (Dave) Hower of Owensville; son Mike (Katie) Johnson of Owensville; mother, Winnie Johnson of Owensville; sisters, Donna (Denny) Clayton, of Louisville, Ky., Velma (Richard) Beard of Princeton; brother, Larry (Stacy) Johnson of Owensville; six grandchildren, Cody, Joshua and Emmalee Hower, Bethany and Erika Walton and Matt Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his father.

 Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26 at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville with the Rev. Bob Douglas officiating. Burial will be in the Maumee Cemetery where military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post #51 and VFW Post 1147.

 Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
