Connie K. Sibbitt, 65 of Fort  Branch and formerly of Princeton, passed away Monday, Jan. 31, 2011 at her home in Fort Branch.  She was strong in her faith in God and his son Jesus Christ.

Connie was born Aug. 1, 1945 in Princeton to Delbert and Mildred Bender. 

She was a real estate agent for the past 30 years working for American Real Estate and then for F.C. Tucker Real Estate.  She was a member of the Princeton American Legion Auxiliary, the Princeton VFW Auxiliary and the Indiana Realtors Association.

 She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Michael H. Sibbitt of Fort Branch; two sons and daughters-in-law, David (Kelly) Scott of Patoka J.D. (Kelly) Scott of Princeton; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie (Scott) Grammer of Evansville; step-daughter and husband, Heidi (Mark) Van Winkle of Evansville; step-son, Michael L. Sibbitt of Evansville; nine grandchildren, Tori, Sam and Kara Scott, Danielle, Jerry and Garrett Scott, Devan Grammer, Easton and Mallory Sibbitt; and a brother, Brent (Tina) Bender of Patoka.

She was preceded in death by her father, Delbert Bender; her mother, Mildred (Bender) Jones; brother, Joseph Bender; and a granddaughter, Savanna Scott. 

 Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Glyn Pfohl officiating. Burial will be at the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton

Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. Thursday at Colvin Funeral Home.
