Edwinda Jo (Abran) Hornback, 83 of Princeton, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011 at home.

She was born June 23, 1927 in Ohio County, Ky. to Clayton and Flaudia (Hill) Abran.

 She was a member of Hillside United Methodist Church in Princeton.  She retired in 1993 after 36 years from Hansen Corp. She was a homemaker and loved crossword puzzles, cooking and a good game of cards.

 She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Raymond Hornback of Princeton; son and daughter-in-law, Wonga Maurice (Debe) Hornback of DesMoines, Iowa; five grandchildren, Wonga Ray (Kellie) Hornback, Krista (Tom) Lung, Brian (Sheila) Hornback, Natalie (Caleb) White, Jessica (Travis) Hornback; 10 great grandchildren, Kassie, Austin, Drake, Lexie, Sara, Justin, Gavin, James, Jacob and Dylan.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Edwin Ray in 2008; great-grandson, Tobias Simpson; a brother; and a sister. 

 Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2011 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Larry Meadows officiating. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery east of Princeton

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Colvin Funeral Home.
