Tommy Glenn Tice, 52, of Owensville passed away Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011 at home.

He was born on Feb. 25, 1959 in Farmington, NM to Doyle Tice and Martha (Phelps) Tice Scott, both deceased. 

He was a resident of Gibson County for many years.

Tommy served in the United States Army and worked as a supervisor at the Hansen Corp. for many years. He spent his spare time fishing, hunting, and enjoying nature. He loved people and was very proud of his children.

He is survived by his three daughters, Sarah Tice of Athens, Ga., Amy Tice of Raleigh, NC, Lisa Tice of Baltimore, Md.; a twin sister, Tammy Williams of Owensville; three brothers, Gary Tice of O’Fallon, Ill., Larry Tice of Mt. Carmel, Ill., Jerry Tice of St. Francisville, Ill.; step-father Thurman Scott of Princeton; and two step brothers, Mike Scott of Ferdinandand Mark Scott of Patoka.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Louie Pantelis officiating.  Burial will be at the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton.  Military graveside services will be conducted by VFW Post 1147.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
