Urana M. Manning, 70, passed away Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

 

She was born April 9, 1941 in Milltown, and had resided in Patoka most of her life.

 

She was a homemaker. She attended the Salvation Army Church in Princeton.

 

She is survived by five sons, Edward Brian Manning of Robinson, Ill., Larry Wayne Manning of Princeton, Michael Thomas Manning of Bedford, Kenny Harold Manning and Jerry Lee Manning both of Oaktown; a brother, Bill Norrick of Patoka; seven grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Rebecca, Thomas, James, L. J. and Sierra Michelle; eight great grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Hoover and Fern (Goodson) Norrick; and her husband, Roy Thomas Manning on October 8, 2001.

 

Funeral services will be at 1 pm Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Lt. Jonathan Cooper officiating.

 

Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Patoka.

 

Visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral Home.
