Ruth Jean Sheldon, 77 passed away Tuesday Jan. 10, 2012 at her home in Princeton.

 

She was born Dec. 5, 1934 in Franklin County, Ohio to Marshall and Ethel (Searles) Miller Sr.

 

She had worked in the Senior Citizens Center as an office assistant and retired in 2008. She had previously worked at Mid-States Rubber. She was a volunteer at the Bread of Life and had attended the Princeton Holiness Tabernacle. 

She is survived by 3 daughters, Regina Bazer, Princeton, Kelley Might, Oakland City, and Helen Seifried, Waverly OH; 2 sons, David R. Might Jr., Princeton and Roger Might, Somerville; sister, Sonja Smith, FL; 12 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 2 step great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by parents; first husband, David Might; son, Clarence Might; 5 brothers and 1 sister. 

Funeral Services will be held graveside at 10 AM on Friday, January 13, 2012 in Columbia "White" Church Cemetery, with Rev. Larry Meadows and Evelyn Owens officiating. Burial will follow.

 

There will be no visitation. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery for the services. Colvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
