Duane William George, 70, of
Duane had worked as a welder in a steel mill. He had also been the owner of the
Wagon Wheel Restaurant and the co-owner of George Equipment.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Jongsma George of
Smithland, KY; five daughters, Diane Paca of
California; Rosemarie Madragis of Philippines;
Barbara Pace of Poseyville, IN; Wanda Greenwell of
Gilbertsville, KY; Brenda Moore of Princeton, IN and one son, Ronald Harness of
Cynthiana, IN; one brother, Robert George of Phoenix, AZ; one aunt, Arlene
Clark of Lowell, IN; sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond George and Myrtle Lohse George and a son, Wesley Harness.
