Shirley Ann Houchin, 77, of Oakland City, IN entered rest on Sunday Feb. 26, 2012, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City, IN.

She was born on Dec. 29, 1934 in Gibson County, IN. to Denzil and Alta “Randolph” Garrison.

Shirley was preceded in death by parents, sisters and grandson Jordan Houchin in 2011.

She was member of First General Baptist Church and retired from Guardian Automotive.

Surviving are sons, Tony (Rebecca) and Marty (Mary) Houchin of Oakland City, IN; grandchildren: Christie Yockey, Jamie Robinson, Shawn and Sarah Bruce, Sydnee, Joshua, Gabrielle and Alexandria Houchin; and (7) great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday Feb. 29, 2012 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Montgomery Cemetery. Rev. Larry Johnson and Bro: Pat McCandless officiating.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 8:00 A.M. until services on Wednesday at the chapel.
