David J. Shake passed away Sunday March 18 at the age of 62.

He was born Nov. 21 1949 to Jerry and Carrie Allice (Carmichael) in Daviess County. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, son James Shake, sisters Alice Bland, Kathern Shake, brothers Jerry And John.

Shake is survived by his son Jerry Shake, daughter Mary Rheinbolt 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday March 22 at Poindexter-Hall &McClure/Odon Chapel with Rev. Paul Huntsman.
