Elwanda Sue Winingear, 63, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012 at her home.  

 

She was born March 11, 1949 in Russellville, Ky. to John and Virginia (Craig) Williams. 

 

She had been a waitress for many years, last working for Pat’s Place in Owensville, where she worked for 10 years.  She had lived in Princeton for the past month, moving here from Owensville where she lived for 40 years.  

She was a 1967 graduate of Fort Branch High School.  She loved children and was a member of the Smiles Unlimited, which is a clown group who works for charities.

 

She is survived by her husband, Tom Winingear, two daughters, Mindy Winingear, companion Linda Hart of Princeton; Mandy McIntire, husband George III of Princeton; a step-daughter, Elizabeth Hensley, husband Rick of Princeton; three sisters, Patricia Huebner, husband Kenny Jr., of Evansville; Carole Matsel, husband John of Chattanooga, Tenn.; Cathy Schupp, husband James of Princeton; two brothers, Floyd Williams, wife Deann of Poseyville; Johnnie Williams, wife Debbie of Owensville, 10 grandchildren; Nathan, Paige, Tyler, Michelle, Lindsey, Braylee, Ambria McIntire, Zachary Hensley, Breanna and Dylan Hart, and a special God Child, Sydney Latham.

 

Her parents preceded her in death.

 

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Colvin Funeral Home, Rev. Mike Douglas officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch.

 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
