She was born on Oct. 11, 1913 in Mackey, IN to Floyd & Ethel (Irvin) Minnis.

She was member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Brute Society and American Legion Post # 256 Auxiliary.

Esther was preceded in death by husband Harold Turnbloom and daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandchildren and 1 great- granddaughter.

Surviving family: Sons, Harold B. Turnbloom of Bellbrook, Ohio, Dean Patrick Turnbloom of Santee, California; daughters, Shirley Ann (Bob)Whitted of Princeton, IN, Mary M. Wilkinson of Mt. Carmel, IL, Barbara Jane Willis & Christina Kay Bennett both of Winslow, IN, Sherrie E. Goetze of Stillwater, Minnesota; (27) grandchildren;(69) great grandchildren; (9) great-great grandchildren; (1) great-great-great grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday April 14, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with Fr. Ronald Zgunda Celebrant, burial in Montgomery.

Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00-11:00A.M Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel a rosary services will be 11:00AM at Chapel.
