Judith Faye McIntosh 83 of Oakland City entered rest on Saturday June 2, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville.

 

She was born on August 26, 1928 in Central City, KY to Homer & Pearl (Morris) Dukes.

 

She was preceded in death by parents, husband Arlie “Red “McIntosh, brother’s Wesley, Leonard Ray and Harold Dukes and daughter Emma Jean McIntosh.

 

Faye attended Oakland City Church Of The Nazarene and worked for many years at Princeton Industries. She enjoyed spending time with her children & grandchildren and her little dog Gracie.

 

Surviving children; Mary (Cliff) Godley of Somerville, Ida (Mike) Maley of Huber Heights, Ohio, Terry (Linda) McIntosh of Valparaiso, Peggy (Mike) Minnis of Princeton, and Homer(Debra)McIntosh of Oakland City; brother, Don (Doris ) Dukes of Central City, Ky; sister, Donna (Howard) Minton of Fancy Gap, Va.  Grandchildren, Sonya (Todd) Teel, Lanita Hulfachor, Michael Andrew and Zachary Maley, Justin (Jenni) McIntosh, Emily & Chad Minnis, Audrey & Cassidy McIntosh and five great grandchildren

 

The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to Select Specialty Hospital, and their wonderful caring staff and to Dr. Eric Jackson and Dr. Henry.

 

Funeral services will be on Wednesday June 6, 2012 11 a.m. at the Oakland City Church of the Nazarene with burial in Owensville cemetery. Rev. Darin D. Nossett will be officiating.

 

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel and from 9 a.m. until services on Wednesday at the church.
