Hazel L. Kolb, 92, of Patoka, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 at Good Samaritan Home in Oakland City

 

She was born Jan. 31, 1920 in Pike County to Ralph and Floral (Atkinson) Blaize.

 

She was a homemaker and attended Oasis Assembly of God Church in Princeton.

 

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Adele Kolb of Petersburg; granddaughter, Terri (Jeff) Sullivan of Union; great granddaughter, Marissa (Mitch) Breidenbaugh; great-great granddaughter, Heidi Breidenbaugh; and a sister, Virginia Ashcroft of Petersburg.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 71 years, Chester Kolb, in 2011; and grandson, Christopher Alan Kolb.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday July 18, 2012 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Mike Marsh officiating. 

Burial will be at Decker Cemetery rural Patoka. 

 

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral
