Steve Pendley, 75, formerly of Fort Branch, died July 19 in Holland, Mich.

He was born in Hamilton, Ala., May 20, 1937.

He was an advertising/marketing director for several electronics companies in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. He retired from Siemens Corp. in Princeton in 1994, and worked another six years as marketing director of Springs Valley Bank in Jasper.

Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Janet Pendley; daughter, Laura Anne (Leon) Avellana-Chamber; and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Cleo Pendley, and a brother, Harold Pendley.

Services are July 25 at Swem Funeral Home in Buchanan, Mich. Burial is at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan.
