Iva L. Williams, 91, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 at home.

She was born March 5, 1921 in Gibson County to William H. and Minervia Brown.

She retired in 1989 from Gibson General Hospital after working 24 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Princeton since 1960.

She is survived by her two children, Donna Williams of Princeton and Timothy Williams of Avon; three grandchildren, Audrey Buerger of Evansville, Darby O’Neal of New Haven, ill. and Bailey Williams of Avon.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband of 67 years, Darwin L. Williams in 2009; six brothers, Weldon, Jesse, Lester, Ronald, Allen and Cecil Brown; and three sisters, Eunice Hardin, Irene Roberts and Violet Winstead.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor George Prinzing officiating. 

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Colvin Funeral Home.  Burial will be at Maumee Cemetery in Johnson, Indiana.
