Eliza O. Brock, 90, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012 at The Waters of Princeton. 

 

She was born May 25, 1922 in Winslow.

 

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Eagle’s Auxiliary both in Princeton.

 

She is survived by 2 daughters, Mary (Robert) Greenwell of Princeton, Sue (Ray) McCraw of Olney, Ill.; a son, John Jr. (Tammy) Brock of Princeton; 13 grandchildren, Lee Anna Roll, Diana Denbo (Alec), Joedy Greenwell (fiancée Carrie Couch), Greg Greenwell (Kelle), Mary Beth Parker (Darrell), Rob Greenwell (fiancée Cindy Blair), Richard Greenwell (Janet), Penny Denbo (Gary), Vickie Nauman (Greg), Sherrie Baker (Tim), Steven McCraw (Leslie), Jeremy Brock and Tiffany Teeters (Greg); 45 great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; four sisters, Leva White of Florida, Betty Schultheis of Newburgh, Mary Sisk and Nora Sisk both of Princeton.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Brock, Sr. in 2009; two brothers, Jack and Jesse Powers; a sister, Arlene Brothers and a grandson, Michael Steven Riggs.

 

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Princeton, with Father Ronald Zgunda officiating.  Burial will follow. 

 

There will be no visitation. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton is handling the arrangements.
