Stiehl Gentry 90, of Petersburg, IN. entered rest on Sunday September 2, 2012 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, IN.

He was born on Feb 4, 1922 in Gibson County, IN to William Walter & Anne Gentry who preceded him in death.

He was also preceded in death by his wife of 37 years Wanda Gentry on Nov. 14, 2011; 1 brother and 8 sisters.

He had worked in the Oil Field services for approximately 30 years and later worked as a carpenter. He was a Veteran of WW11 and Lifetime member of V.F.W. Post #1147 in Princeton.

He is survived by Sons: John (Della) Gentry and Walter Gentry of Oatsville, IN; daughters, Susan (Jeff) Loveless an Elizabeth (Randy) Lasley of Oatsville, IN; grandchildren, Joshua Dishon and Amanda Gentry and Amy Loveless and Ethan Gentry.

Funeral services will be Saturday September 8, 2012 2:00 PM EST Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Atkinson Chapel Cemetery. Fr. Ronald Zgunda will be officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. EST until services.
