PRINCETON—Rex Steven Whitehouse, 63, of Princeton passed away at his home on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012.

 

He was born to the late Wilburn Bib and Edith J. Whitehouse on Nov. 28, 1948 in Princeton.

 

He was a member of the Steamfitters and Pipefitters Local # 136 in Evansville and had worked as a pipefitter for 35 years.

 

Besides his parents, Rex is also preceded in death by a brother, Doug Whitehouse.

 

He is survived by his wife Donnabell (Jones) Whitehouse of Princeton, three children, Kathy (Dan)  Liden of Patoka, Richard (Becky) Stevens of Elberfeld, Jay (Debbie) Stevens of Princeton five brothers and sisters, James Whitehouse of Francisco, Cinda Ross of Francisco, Sheila Scales of Princeton, Brenda Whitehouse of Evansville, and Linda Hogg.  He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

 

A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch, at 10 a.m.  Rev. Steve Oeth will officiate.

 

There will be no visitation. Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch is handling arrangements.
