Thomas Lee Sobotka, 21, passed away Saturday, Nov.10, 2012 in Pike County as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born May 17, 1991, in Evansville, Indiana the son of Lorraine (Sobotka) Margerison and Charles Neal.

Thomas was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved spending time with family and friends. He had an amazing gift and love of music. He was hard-working and always full of life. Thomas had the most amazing smile and laugh. His hugs were always plentiful and full of love. He never said goodbye without giving a hug, a kiss, and an I Love You. He brought joy into the lives of everyone who knew him. 

Thomas was a 2009 Graduate of Gibson Southern High School and furthered his education at Vincennes University for 2 years. He was employed at Evansville Primary Care as a switchboard operator.

Survivors include his parents, Lorraine (Brian) Margerison and Charles (Teresa) Neal; 4 sisters, Katie Sobotka, Rebecca (Paul) Ward, Lyda (Pete) Dubuque and Ruby (John) Geary; 5 brothers, Steven, Ricky, David and Danny Margerison, and Charles Neal, Jr.; Grandmother, Anna Sobotka; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard Sobotka, Sr. and Arthur and Myrtle Neal.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville, with Bart Newton officiating. Burial will be in the Owensville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
