Joseph H. Godwin, 72, passed away Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Deaconess Hospice Center in Evansville.

He was born Dec. 10, 1939 in Cherry Valley, Ark. the son of Joseph Hubert and Mary Sybil (Vaughn) Godwin.

Joe was a self employed Street Rod Manufacturer.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Rosarah; sons, Mark (Sherri) and Brian Godwin; grandchildren, Alyson, Sydney, Drew Godwin, and Amy Carmichiel; great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Kason Carmichiel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Donald; son, Glenn; daughter, Darlene Womac.

Honoring Joe’s wishes his body will be cremated and their will be no services.

Holders Funeral Home in Owensville is handling the arrangements.
