Charles L. Wilson, 72, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013.

He was born on July 11, 1940 in Gibson County the son of Howard and Velma (Cobb) Wilson.

Charles is survived by his wife of 53 years, Frances M. (Wright) Wilson of Princeton; two sons, Mike Wilson of Allendale, Ill. and Tony (Diane) of Owensville; three grandchildren two step-grandchildren five great- grandchildren and his special angel, Izzy Stevenson; three sisters, Valada (Jim) Jackson, Sue Engler and Connie Ungethum; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Herman Wilson and two infant brothers; sister, Geneva White.

Charles was a farmer and a farmer at heart all his life. He was much loved and will be sadly missed.

Services will be held on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville. Sister Jenny Miller will officiate. Burial will be private at a later date.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the service time at the funeral home.
