Shirley A. Eads, 79, of Princeton passed away on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton.
She was born April 8, 1933 in Princeton to Oscar and Ella (Dills) Rudisel.
She graduated from OaklandCityHigh
Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing.
Shirley married Jimmie M Eads
She was an RN and held
various nursing positions at GibsonGeneralHospital from 1955 thru 1990. She also worked at Dr. R.S.
McElroy’s office. She was the director of nursing at Holiday Manor Nursing Home
and then finished her career at DeaconessHospital. She was a member of HillsideUnitedMethodistChurch in Princeton. She was a member of the D.A.R., Eastern Star and
Tri-Kappa. She was a talented artist and also enjoyed quilting, sewing
and traveling. Shirley enjoyed her family, friends, grandchildren and

Funeral Services will be held
at on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 at HillsideUnitedMethodistChurch in Princeton, with Kaitlin Moore
officiating. Burial will be in the Mt.OliveCemetery in Mt.Olympus.
Visitation will be from on Friday at the HillsideChurch. Colvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
