James William Wilcox age 62, of Princeton, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013 at the Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center located in Newburgh.

 

He was born May 3, 1950 in Indianapolis to James and Mary Dorris.

 

He was a self employed truck driver and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  

 

His survivors include his birth mother; Mary West of Princeton, daughter; Brandie Marie (Jeff) Caudill of Owensville, brothers; Gary Dorris of Princeton and Thomas Pyle of Crofton, Ky. Other survivors include, sister; Susan Milheiser of Branson, Mo. and grandchildren; Chynnia Marie Farrar and Maximus Deane Caudill.

 

He is preceded in death by his birth father and adoptive parents; Dewey and Exie (Martin) Wilcox and sister, Sharon Cross.

 

A graveside service with burial of ashes will take place at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Princeton, IN with Pastor Mike Marsh officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Ft. Branch VFW post 2714.
