David was born
Dave graduated from
David loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed golfing, fishing,
bowling, and coaching his daughter's softball team. He was a member of Frendrich Men's Golf Club and a volunteer EMT at the McCutchanville Fire Department.
David is survived by his wife of 37 years Donna of Evansville; daughter and
son-in-law, Jennifer and Robie Crockett of
Louisville, Kentucky and grandchildren Ava and Ella
of Louisville, Kentucky; sister Diane (Jay) Bowland
of Clarksville, Tennessee; brother Bruce (Becky) Blythe of Atlanta, Georgia;
and in-laws Cheryl (Dave) Drake of Evansville; Danny Cole of Evansville; and Ed
(Sharon) Cole of Evansville.
David was preceded in death by his parents Elston and
Hannalee Blythe.
