Charlotte Louise Hix, 63, of Haubstadt went to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at The Waters in Princeton.

 

She was born Jan. 17, 1950 in Memphis, Tenn.

 

She was a member of the Ft. Branch General Baptist Church. She worked at the Hampton Inn in Evansville. She loved her friends and family more than life itself. 

 

She is survived by her son, Mick E. (Natalie) Hix of Memphis; three grandsons, Kade Hix, Skylar and Gavin; brothers, Jerry (Jenny) Owen of South Haven, Miss. and Bobby (Debbie) Owen of Pa.; sisters, Suzy (David) Will of Haubstadt, Betty Ann (Lawrence) Gallier of Va. and June (Billy) Long of Olive Branch, Miss.; special aunt, Cherry Ogan; and her companion of many years, Louis Armstrong of Miss..

 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Parrish.

 

The family will have a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Ft. Branch General Baptist Church, with Pastor Steve Akins officiating.

 

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Monday at the church. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton is assisting the family.
