Paul "Brent" Creek, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 20, 2013, at his residence.

He was born in Indianapolis on September 8, 1955, the son of Euel C. and Annavieve (Wilder) Creek.

Brent owned and operated his own Health Spa in Indianapolis.

Survivors include his mother, Annavieve W. Creek, of Owensville; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Trisha Creek, of Middletown; nieces, Shannon Rossi and Sharon Bailey; great-nephews and niece, Samuel, Leo and Annabelle Rossi; grandmother, Lorena Wilder, of Owensville; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday July 14, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Holders Funeral Home, in Owensville, with Jeremy Lang officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service time at the funeral home.
