Bonnie L. Lance, 72, Oakland City, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.

She was born Sept. 3, 1940 in Princeton to John & Helen (Hughes) Bates.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years Jerry Lance

Sons John Michael and Robert Allen Lance both of Oakland City.

Brothers Robert “Bud”, Edward, Jerry, Joe, Jeff, Tim. Tom Bates. Sisters Patricia. Priscilla, Barbara and Pam.

A brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews and friends, eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Services will be Monday, Aug. 19, 2013 at 8 p.m. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel .

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until services Monday.
