William Frank "Bill" Connor, age 75, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at Columbia Health Care Center in Evansville.


He was born in Evansville on March 11, 1938, to Frank and Mildred (Folsom) Connor.

 

He resided in Haubstadt the past 18 years. Bill was a Vietnam War proudly serving in The U.S. Armed Forces for 22 years. He retired from The Princeton Water Dept.

Bill was a lifetime member of the V.F.W Post and a member of The Prince Masonic Lodge #231 both in Princeton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sons; William Frank Connor II and Mark Boyd Connor. 1 brother, Charlie Connor.

Bill is survived by two sons, Tyler (Lori) Connor, of Haubstadt, and David Connor; daughter, Jessie Myers, of Princeton; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, September 15, 2013, at Wade Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, with military rites.

 

Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Wade Funeral Home. Friends may also call from 1 p.m. until service time Sunday at the funeral home.
