Michael A. Neidig, 58, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

He was born Nov. 18, 1955 in Princeton, IN the son of John E. and Viola M. (Greubel) Neidig.

Mike was a graduate of Ft. Branch High School class of 1973 and had work at Whayne Supply Company in Evansville for 31 years acquiring the rank of Parts Manager.

Survivors include a daughter; his siblings, John Neidig of Wadesville, Janet Weiss of Haubstadt, Sarah (Ed) Drake of Franklin, KY, Jim (Cindy) Neidig of Springfield, IL Tom (Cathy) Neidig of Ft. Branch, Barb (Randy) Dike of Owensville, Larry (Cindy) Neidig of Wooster, OH Jackie (Jeff) Steckler and Rita (Greg) Wilzbacher of Haubstadt; 21 nieces and nephews; 21 great nieces and nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, and an infant brother David.

Mass of Christian burial will be conducted on Monday March 3, 2014 at 11: a.m. Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch with Father Tony Ernst, Father Brian Emmick and Father Ted Temple as celebrants. Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Sunday at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville and 10:00 a.m. until the service hour at the church on Monday.
