Elsie M. Norrick, 81, of Francisco, Indiana passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN.

She was born February 18, 1933 in Mayland, TN to Millard Buckner and Anna Mae (Welch) Buckner Covington.

She was a cook most of her life and loved to cook and bake for family and friends. She was a member of Gospel Ministry Church in Francisco. 

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Harold Norrick of Francisco; 4 children, Richard Norrick, Ronald Norrick and Roger Norrick all of Francisco and Carolyn Schmitt and fiancé Michael Ellerbruck of Mackey; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; brothers, M.C. (Naomi) Buckner, Grover (Betty) Buckner, Charles (Mary) Buckner and Roy (Debbie) Buckner all of Anderson, IN and Anna Rohr of Auburn, IN 

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tom Buckner; and 2 grandsons, Dustin Norrick and James Norrick. 

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2014 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Henry Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at Francisco Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Monday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
