Imogene Swader, 81, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014 at Transcendant Care of Owensville.  

She was born on July 15, 1932 in Gibson County, Indiana to the late Gilbert and Lorene (Kuester) Sollman.

Imogene was a member of the St. Lucas United Church of Christ in Fort Branch, where she belonged to the St. Lucas Women’s Guild, and enjoyed quilting with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Nolan H. Swader, 4 children, Janet (Randy) Schmits, Dennis (Donna) Swader, Lois Schutte all of Fort Branch, IN, and Linda Betulius of Apex N.C.  She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Services for Imogene will be on Monday, Feb. 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the St. Lucas United Church of Christ in Fort Branch, with Pastor John Heumann officiating, Burial will be in the church cemetery. 

Visitation will be on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN.
