Bobbie Glenn Reinbrecht, 81, of Haubstadt, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Charlier VNA Hospice Center in Evansville.

He was born to Walter and Eunice (Rosenmeier) Reinbrecht on June 10, 1932, in Warrick County.  

He was married to Minnie Marie (Ballard) of Haubstadt on May 5, 1960.

He was a Korean War Veteran and served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954. He retired from Whirlpool in 1992 with 35 years of service. Prior to Whirlpool he was employed by Elberfeld Concrete Block Company, Dr. Pepper Bottling, Chrysler, and a steel mill in Gary.

He was a member of St. Stephen’s Community Church in Warrenton, Elberfeld American Legion Post #351 and Fort Branch VFW #2714.

Preceding him in death were his parents, brother Wallace, and sister Bonnie Trautvetter.

Surviving are his wife, brother Donald of Elberfeld, three sons Marvin (Darla Williams) of Boonville, David (Debra Meyer), and Wayne (Tara Elpers) both of Haubstadt; six grandchildren Nicole Mosbey, Heather Schnur, Jacob, Collin, Hannah and Ethan Reinbrecht; and two great- grandchildren Claire and Henry Mosbey.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014 at St. Stephen’s Community Church.

Friends may call at Wade Funeral Home in Haubstadt from 2-8 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2014 and on Saturday from 9-10 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Community Church in Warrenton. Pastor Steve Oeth will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rites.
