Jared Mathew Hale 35 of Oakland City entered passed away Monday at his home.

He was born Oct. 16, 1978 in at Sheppard Air Force Base Wichita Falls, Texas.

He graduated from Princeton High School and worked at GCARC. And attended First Pentecostal Church in Oakland City.

Jared was preceded in death by Mother Trina Y. Hale.

He is survived by father; Kevin Hale of Evansville; grandparents; an uncle, and a cousin. 

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2014 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Atkinson Chapel Cemetery near Oatsville.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until services Friday. Bro: Gene Burkhart will be officiating.
