Eva M. Davis, 57 of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at her home.

She was born September 28, 1956 in Mitchell to James “Bud” and Josephine (Hartley) Miller.

She had lived in Princeton since 1997 coming from Oakland City. She had worked as a CNA at several nursing homes and hospitals, working last at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City.  

Eva is survived by her husband Larry Davis who she married Nov. 10, 1997; daughters Lisa (Steve) Cooper of Princeton and Brandy (Mike) Benefiel of Petersburg; a son Jason Wildt of Vincennes; eight grandchildren, Tosha, Justen, Colton, Megan, Cody, Jacob, Skyler, and David; brothers and sisters, David (Terri) Miller of Huntingburg, Kenny Miller of Vincennes, Marsha (Darrell) Moretz of Winslow, Donna (Kenny) Shelton of Indianapolis, half-brother Jim Miller, half-sisters Betty Lou Miller, and Wanda (Jeffery) Bichler of Oakland City, sisters-in-law Lora Miller of Oakland City and Brenda Miller of Petersburg; aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother James (Jimmy) Miller; two half-brothers Mike Miller and John Miller.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2014 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with the Pastor Lloyd Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. 

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
